Just a thought...
It's easy to dream up about 50 different things that MIGHT cause a surging idle. We (you) need to keep track of the things you've already checked & ruled out.
For example that hose leading to the whole ventilation-control system. If you disconnect that hose & plug it, you can RULE OUT an entire system of vacuum lines. (IF it still surges with it plugged.) The same way, you can check the brake booster, or whatever hose you like.
Joe98 already suggested checking / cleaning your AICV (adaptive idle control valve). I'll add that you should check the throttle switch. Engine off, work the throttle cable-drum with your hand. You should hear a click when it's just closed. That switch 'turns on' the entire idle-control system.
