at the base of the catskills. I'm studying abroad in Rome right now so I don't have to worry about dealing with the cold weather repairs any more this season. I just have to remember to order an exhaust system before I get back so I can do it right away.
By the way, I'm not sure when LH 2.2 transitioned to LH 2.4 but is it at all possible that an owner before you swapped the original ECU out for one out of an 89? I've heard of a ton of them having a similar problem to what you describe - but never before in an 87.
Have you checked to see if the pins at the relay are getting power? I've also heard of people swapping in relays that were less than new and less than working. It's always possible that even if you used new they were no good...
Just a couple of things to consider.
Good luck,
Eric
