Enjoy it. The 11 psi drop is within spec and could be caused by a spec of carbon on a valve or seat. Meanwhile, even a healthy ring will get a good jump from a wet test so a better way to judge valve or ring problems (absent a leakdown test) is to see how the pressure builds up in the cylinder during cranking. If the pressure hits a low max within a couple of compression strokes, it's most likely a valve. If the pressure hits a low max incrementally over five compression strokes and continues to improve very slightly, it's probably a ring.
