Hi All
A friend of mine got in a wreck with her 93 Turbo convert. She hit the back end of a SUV and went right under the bumper, wrecking the hood, lights, radiator and ac condenser. I am tring to help her out to get it fixed, so i went to the local yard and got a hood ($29 !!) and raditor/condenser/bracket assembly. When i returned, a more knowledgable person than I pointed out that this came out of a non turbo car, and both the radiator and fan should be different. I can change out the fan easily enough, but do I need to change the radiator. I now know that the difference between the raditors is the cooling capacity, and not the dimesions, so it will fit. Doe's she need the extra cooling?? It is an automatic and she is a very conservative driver.
