As tweetiedancer stated they are held on with just one nut and some snap-in clips. I believe you have to remove the rear seat and the side panels to get at the nuts. You should be able to see the mounting points once you get things apart. Be careful because the shop that remounted them may have glued them on. In which case you may have a real mess on your hands. Originally, in addition to the clips and mounting bolt the lower edge had a strip of moulding mounting tape applied. If its still there you can loosen it with a heat gun and pull the moulding off (once you've removed the mounting bolt of course). If it's glued though, I couldn't tell you how to get it off.
