Keeno, noise is difficult to diagnose sometimes via this board. You just may be right. I've had luck diagnosing and eliminating pinion bearing squeal by doing this...Put the car in neutral. Get a can of spray lube like WD40 with a straw in it. Spray down centrally between the clutch and flywheel. You will really need to spray quite a bit to manage to get enough lube down to that bearing. You can also try to spray through the pressure plate holes keeping in mind where that bearing is. Then start the car in nuetral, and see if the noise is gone or quieted. Only run it for a bit, and only in nuetral. Obviously you have now created another problem lubing that clutch. Brake cleaner will remove that oil instantly. Simple green followed with a rinse of a hose works well too. Consider this method a Diagnoses step. However, I have actually stopped pinion bearing noise by doing this. Most times pinion bearing noise is caused by people not applying a small dab of grease to the clutch shaft. Have someone operate the clutch, as you listen for the noise with the car on jackstands to make sure it is coming from the clutch. Perhaps your thowout bearing needs a little lube, That's easy. Best of luck
