hmmm. In the area above the carbon canister in the left front fender is a rectangular module maybe an inch thick with a good lized electronic pub in the bottom of it. no vacuum lines. this modeule carries Bosche p/n 0 227 400 195 (if that means anything, and I kinda doubt it does).
further, there is a 3-pin female plug loose in that area (with nothing in which to plug it) carrying a red, orange, and green wire.
inspecting the area around the turn signal/headlight flasher stalk (LH side) and the wire stalk (RH) I see no stub or other indication there was ever any other stalk there.
I see nothing that looks like an auxilliary throttle cable (such I see on my 86 Jeep).
the car carries certification that it is a US 50-state vehicle and meets Calif stds for 1993 (pretty much eliminating the chance is it an greymarket import from ???)
It must be that there were some versions of the 900S 4-dr in 1993 that went out the door (or came in the country) without cruise control.
