Your keyless door lock module should have two output wires: wire A gets +12 volts and wire B is ground to lock; and wire B is ground and wire B gets +12 volts to unlock.
Your door locks have two wires two: wire C gets +12 volts and wire D is ground to lock; wire C is ground and wire D is + 12 volts to unlock.
I assume you are familiar with how a relay works. You will need four of them. The terminal not shown is grounded.
