It's possible to get it in there without loosening anything else, but as you can understand I work from both above and below the car during the procedure.
It is a matter of getting it on the shaft coming from inside the car and then tweak it over the bracket coming from transmission.
I can't really with words explain step by step how it's done but I do the installation of the block from under the car plus 2 nuts and then tighten the two other nuts from above.
