I guess you mean the three 152 pin connectors (red, white and black)?
I also guess your car is a RHD since you mention passenger side?
The red, white and black connector can be seperated pulled straight out from inside the car. But one portion of the connector stay secured in the bulkhead (fuse box side).
If you find a burned pin in one of the connectors you can always buy that male/female pin from Saab, extract the old one and replace.
Sometimes though, the heat from the voltage drop have been too much and the connector might be melted. In those cases it might be just as easy to cut the wire and reroute a new one on the side of the connector housing.
