Rock the car forward and backwards at the same time moving the shift lever out of reverse. You should bleed the system and if you only have a slow leak, the clutch system should work for a short time. If the clutch is not working, start the car in neutral and get it warmed up. Shut the motor off, put the car in gear, use the starter to start the motor and when it fires, you are on your way. Shift carefully into the next gear with/without the clutch pedal. When you have to stop, pop the transmission in neutral and stop as usual. Shut the motor off. To start off again, put the car in gear, use the starter to get you moving and the motor should start very shortly thereafter.
