If pinion bearings waere completly shot it is difficult to say what could be needed.
It is a thin backing washer for the second gear syncro spring that use to take a beating from bad bearings. Take a good look at that washer and look for teeth mark from the gear.
The 4th gear can be damaged on the backside if the gear stack has been allowed to push forward too much.
The needle bearing, layshaft and the bronze washer behind gear cluster should be replaced.
1-2 syncro sleeve is usually worn out but it is difficult to determine if it is bad enough to replace or keep if you haven't seen many of them before in different stages of wear.
The price tag easily takes off if you don't have a stash of spare parts but has to rely on new dealer parts.
That's why it is not feasible to rebuild those trannies anymore for a shop since it's more economical to the customer to put a factory rebuilt in instead.
