Strange electrical problem (long)

I can't seem to find the cause of this electrical gremlin, and I'm getting really frustrated. I'm pretty good at figuring things out but this one has me stumped!!
There is no voltage present at any of the following connectors (nor the switches, for that matter): power window, power top, all interior courtesy lights and the 3-way switch, ignition switch illumination bulb. The fuse block under the rear seat is lacking voltage at the power window fuses and the power top fuse as well, but BOTH relays for the roof HAVE power!!!!
Every fuse and relay in the engine compartment has power at one time or another so it cannot be the distribution from the main fuse box, it has to be another connection/relay/fuse between the main fuse box and the connector at the accesssory. I checked the four connectors tucked in each fender well near the door hinges and they DON'T have power either.
What's going on here!
I have the entire interior removed looking for this problem-any suggestions??!! Is there a junction block disconnected; a fusible link or hidden relay?
