Silver unpainted, and the yellow-gold painted are the 'Minilite' wheels from the S&R days.
The all silver painted is the Ronal 'Silverspoke' from the mid-late '80's and was available in 114.3 and 108 pattern. 5.5 and 6 inch width. They use the standard tapered seat lug nut/bolt.
The Carroll Shelby wheel has painted spokes and a polished clear-coated rim and uses the shouldered lug nut like the Incas. 114.3 pattern only.
I'm pretty sure there was not an all-silver version of this wheel, and that the Silver-vane Shelby is the one with black spokes.
I don't have a porper year accessories catalogue to check this out, but I will check the next time I have access to one.
