I'm now second guessing my sketch of how to re-install the bearing caps on a 1988 900S 16V

Looking at the head from the exhaust side I had the little block on the bearing caps with the stamped bearing position towards the inside of the engine while the intake cas are on the outside of the head.

That puts the V notches for setting the CAM TDC postion the the right way around. Trouble is it doesn't match my sketch for the exhaust caps I made when I took the head apart. If I turn the all exhaust caps 180 degrees (except the Sprocket cap) then the holes won't line up for the oiler pipes.

So my guess is I must have made my sketch wrong.

Don't know why I didn't take a picture before I disassembled. Does anyone know if this is the right way around or have a pre disassembly photo they can share?
