#1 - 91-93 NA cars are LH 2.4.2, turbos are LH 2.4 (or lh 2.2, depending on year, i forget when they switched...), which is probably why they show a different AMM - maybe they are swappable? how do the bosch part #s compare w/ the one on your car?

#2 - PVC valve is suppose to allow flow into the intake manifold from the valve cover to avoid high pressure in the intake under boost from blowing seals in the crankcase. what tank is this? i haven't seen such a thing, or am not understanding what you're talking about... perhaps all this is a vac leak causing #1? as i have seen, there are 2 lines from the pvc nipple on the valve cover, a big one that goes into the intake tube just before the turbo, and a small one that goes to the intake manifold after the throttle plate - this small one is supposed to have the check valve, big one does not require it...

#3 - i assume you are talking about the vac line that goes from the cruise pump to the clutch switch, brake switch, and then to the cruise diaphragm dealy-do that pulls on the accel. cable - you should be able to suck on the line and move the throttle cable - just a matter of finding the leak - perhaps a line is just pulled off under the dash? i have adjusted/replaced those switches a bunch of times without removing the bolster, but its no picnic, and is probably a lot easier once you've removed the bolster and seen what you're looking at... but if you insist, pry down the air duct and put your head on the floor :) there is a red-topped switch over the fender near the cruise control pump that will drop the car to base boost when the cruise is on, i.e. vac is applied to the switch - your turbo problem lies elsewhere, unless the switch has failed electrically...

#4 - or maybe the oil pressure switch?

#5 - resolve 1 and 2 and check back :)

good luck!
