Part from experience, part read here:
Pull bottom of rear seat up by the strap, so it's vertical. Release back of rear seat and fold it down flat. Tip front seats way forward and run seats forward. Remove rear view mirror, overhead light, grab handle, any dummy grab handle trim on other side, any clothes hooks, etc. Remove hangers for rear seat belts from rear pillars, get a flat bar in behind pillar covers and bow them out in the middle, so they pop free. (Go gently, they are brittle. Curl them out enough in the middle and they shorten enough that the ends pop out at top or bottom.) Coax edges of headliner panel out from behind top of rear window gasket and windshield gasket, and if you need to, pull away door windlace rubber trim and pop headliner board out from behind door post trim. Then headliner will want to start dropping down. Let the front come down till it rests on the backs of the front seats and then push it up forward towards the windshield as far as it will go. The rear should drop enough to clear the rear package shelf. Then pass it downwards into the trunk, and level it off, then bring the back up and out.
