You could establish a consistent baseline perhaps by doing a brake fluid flush (pressure bleed front/ABS pump rear) in accordance with Bentley Manual. Then clean all connectors to the ABS pump system, and reinstall the connectors using Dielectric Grease.
And if you needed to add some brake fluid - Where is it going? It doesn't really disappear without a leak, although the system capacity does get larger as pads wear and pistons extend out more. But I've no recollection of ever having to add fluid to a non-leaking system. Does the system leak?
Once these basic things are done, the system can be troubleshot if necessary.
