This is right...you can loosen the last black cam bearing bolt nearest the front of the engine on the intake cam and run the engine...there should be plenty of oil....this will bleed the air out of the cyl. head oilways. Run with the cam cover held down by hand otherwise oil will be everywhere...and only bleed for a few minutes at idle.
At 200K though, with lower oil pressure from ear, you will hear some valve lifter noises. I got to 282K before replacing my engine....I was getting the noisy startup routine too...but from about 250K I switched to 15:50W oil which did 2 things....upped my falling oil pressure to 25 psi from 18psi at hot idle and 55psi from 48psi 3000rpm hot. Guess what...my lifters were MUCH quieter. Some will argue about my viscosity choice here...I have always used synthetic oil...but an untouched engine in the 200K+ region will have enough wear to drop the oil pressure below specs. Just my humble opinion.
