Problem with intake manifold removal

Well, I've finally found some time to tear my '90 900 down to replace the head gasket. Fortunately, I don't have any time pressure since I have another Saab on the road.
Everything's been going well until I got to the intake manifold removal. Even the exhaust down pipe came off the exhaust manifold without much trouble, but I cannot loosen one of the 12 mm bolts holding the intake manifold on the head - all the others came out with a little convincing but this one will not budge and it's starting to round off the bolt head so that my 12 mm socket and box wrench slip on it.
I've tried two evenings worth of PB super blaster and tapping with a hammer and screw driver to no avail - it's too close to the fuel rail and fuel pressure regulator to safely heat it.
Any other thoughts and ideas on how to get it out?
THanks,
Todd inMA
