If he's replacing the clutch master, he doesn't need the yoke, 'cause rebuilts come with them. If he rebuilds it, he may need a new one because the holes that the clutch clevis pin goes through to attach it to the pedal become oval after a lot of use and make the clutch pedal engage lower than it should.
My guess is that the bushings that he's referring to are the plastic bushings on the clutch pedal pivot (unless it's the bronze one on the clutch pedal that the clevis pin that I mentioned above goes through on the clutch pedal.)
