so i've read the boost faq and donoe some research on past posts. i hate to say, it's all so confusing.
1) with the APC solenoid connected, i get constant clicking which does not turn off when the brake pedal is depressed. i guess that mean that it is NOT a faulty pressure transducer?
2) with the APC fuse removed, i get no clicking, and at least base boost. so the wastegate hasn't been messed with? i do NOT get "wild, uncontrollable boost." which from what i gather should occur when you remove one of the hoses or leads ("the W lead") from the APC solenoid. if that disables the APC solenoid, shouldn't i be getting a similar response by removing the fuse, which i assume also disable the solenoid?
i don't have another APC to hook this all up to, but i suppose this would answer a lot of questions, huh? so i repeat this question: are there any Saab owners in the bay area that know some good pick'n'pulls to frequent/call?
