I suspect the worst, your head gasket. Here's why- prove me wrong and you've saved yourself some money.
When the head gasket on my '88 had died, the car would vomit coolant onto the ground after it was parked, maybe five minutes or so later. It would overflow out the expansion tank cap because the head gasket allowed pressure from one of the engine cylinders to bleed back into the cooling system. Since hot coolant was touching hot piston and block surfaces, the coolant overheated and expanded the only way it could, out the cap. You have a one in four chance of this happening, and if you switch the motor off and it comes to a rest with one of the other cylinders pressurized (one without a leaky head gasket on it) it won't happen.
The puddle of coolant would be under the driver's side of the engine near the left front wheel since it was literally vomiting out of the expansion tank.
