Contrary to the explanation above, naturally-aspirated cams actually have a shorter duration than turbo cams. When you fit a naturally-aspirated cam to a car with a turbo engine, the intake valves close earlier because of the shorter duration. This effectively increases the compression ratio, which can make the engine more prone to knocking (hence the "at your own risk" caution above). However, a naturally-aspirated intake cam also gives the car more low end torque and improved throttle response. You may lose some top end power but if your engine suffers a lot down low, the trade-off is probably worth it.
For people who are running high octane fuel and a functioning knock control device, it should not be a problem, especially since the Saab has a very conservative timing curve that retards a lot under even low boost.
If you have the specs for both cams, there are online calculators that can tell you by how much the dynamic compression ratio will change when going from a turbo cam to a naturally-aspirated cam.
