...than gasoline.
Ask the dealer: "Can you try just replacing the plugs and fuel filter?" They will probably agree since they know in their heart that the fuel pump couldn't possibly be affected by a little diesel in it. They appear to be tacking that on to boost the bill. (By the way, have you replaced yours in recent years? They do go bad with age and it might be about time for one. But not because of it pumping diesel fuel.)
The fuel disposal charge is hard to argue with. How much diesel, in proportion to gasoline? How'd you get it to the dealer? Did it start afterwards? If it's mostly gasoline and still starts and runs, you could drive it home, add as much gas as it will take now and keep driving it till it all burns out, as embarrassing as the oily smoke might be.
Know any independent truckers? If it's mostly diesel you might find one willing to pump it out for you and hold it to add bit by bit to his own truck. They do I believe sometimes burn a little gasoline in winter for instance. Then add gas, crank it for a while with plugs out to purge the lines, replace plugs and when it starts just keep it going and top up again soon.
Or crack the banjo fitting at the FPR and put it in a can, then crank it for a while to get most of the diesel out. Even, to do it all yourself, poke the banjo fitting into a fat hose running down to a big gas can and jumper the fuel pump, with an in-line switch, in order to drain the tank. Watch out for overflows. Four 5-gallon cans should take a tankful.
