Boy do I feel dumb asking this one...
I'm putting the exhaust manifold back on the head of my 83T. I have it basically all assembled, but I have one of the long stud spacers (not the washer, but the little steel tube) left over. The obvious suspect is the center stud on the bottom, but the spacer simply doesnt fit into the gap between the manifold flange and the heat shield/gaskets. I have 4 rusty spacers left over from when I pulled it apart, but they arent giving me any clues as to where the 4th one goes. Talk about frustrating - I took 200+ digital pics of the disassembly process, but somehow neglected to get a shot of the underside of the manifold before I ripped it apart. *Sigh*
