It's fairly easy to replace it. Since it just happened, it might be a candidtate for a rebuild. But that's chancy because you don't know the condition of the bore or the spring. Some rebuilds work and some don't.
You might be able to buy some time if you pressure bleed it.
Be prepared to replace the slave cylinder within a few months of when you rebuild or replace the master. The fresh fluid washes out the crud (highly technical term) that seals the imperfections in the slave bore and seal rings.
Other than that, how's life up at 5,000 feet?
