My 91 900S is doing the same thing, but mine starts at about 45-50 MPH. I get a viberation in the front end. Mine is caused by the passengers side inner driver. Look at your inner drivers if the boots are ripped place a finger in to see if you get any grease out. If not ripped you might remove the boot anf look.
