Like diskullman said, the seal itself isn't replacable.
If you have long, skinny arms, you can R&R the waterpump from the passenger side of the car without removing the A/C compressor. I did that when I replaced the water pump on my '89 SPG a few years ago.
You'll need a good sense of touch to do it that way because you can't see the bolts on the water pump or the pulley. A flex-head 3/8" ratchet helps a lot in those tight quarters.
