Trying to wrestle the peice with the speaker cover out. Take the 3 screws holding the rear window latch to the body out. Now you will be able to slide out the C-pillar trim.
Next remove those plastic peices you see that sit towards the parcel shelf. They come off by moving them up and forward. Now the peice with the speaker grill in it should come off.
The grill itself is an integral peice with the carpeted peice that matches the parcel shelf.
