I checked the boots as suggested, could not find any issues there. Also as suggested in other posts I removed the connector to the AMM with engine running. The CEL came on and idle swung a little and settled at about 800 rpm. I then proceeded to drive around block and engine died one time only, with a little feathering of pedal I was able to keep it running. Previously any time I would remove foot from pedal engine would die immediately.
I tried replacing the AMM w/ used but symptoms persist. I have just noticed there are different model numbers on the Bosch AMM. The old is 0 280 212 013 the new is 0 280 212 019. is this the problem??
The checks I have done lead me to believe it is, but would like confirmation if anyone has had this problem.
