Techron is a Chevron/Texaco brand of fuel injection cleaner. 1/3 or 1/2 liter bottle you pour into the gas tank. There must be something like that at the car parts stores over there.
Not the same as your 8-valve injectors which are a simple nozzle; the fuel distributor controls the flow.
16-valve injectors always have fuel pressure, they open & close electrically. If it sticks open, fuel dribbles into the intake manifold until the fuel rail is de-pressurized.
Maybe if that one injector also flows too much during operation your ECU compensates by going lean. Then the other 3 cylinder are too lean & they knock? That's sort of a wild guess, but otherwise the knocking might be unrelated.
