It's okay to run stock injectors. Messages you may have read to the contrary reflect a misunderstanding of how Jetronic works: plainly, the air mass meter, tach signal, throttle switch and coolant temp inputs help the ECU figure how long to open the injectors (using a fixed fuel "map" derived by Saab). Meanwhile, the oxy sensor "sniffs" the exhaust to determine if the mixture is rich or lean. If you run more than stock fuel pressure, the sensor will read rich and tell the ECU to trim down injector opening time until the mixture is right - it's a feedback loop (hence the term "closed loop" operation). Not only does the oxy sensor trim fuel but it allows the engine to run properly even over time, after some components are no longer to spec.

The throttle switch tells the ECU when you are flooring it - it proceeds to ignore the oxy sensor (that is, it goes into "open loop") and simply provides fuel based on the air mass meter input. The ECU is dumb and doesn't know you added fuel pressure. So when in wide throttle condition you get the 10% more fuel you added with the 3 bar regulator because the oxy sensor input is IGNORED at wide throttle.

Run premium fuel with +stock boost.
