At battery. Not just if nut seems tight, but if they're loose on the posts.
Grab terminal and twist side to side while pulling up. If it pulls off, that's your problem.
Lots of things can mimic being tight. Corrosion on bolt, that nut bottoms out on. Or not pushed far enough down on post so though nut is tight to clamp, clamp isn't tightened on post. Or a wrench jammed on the clamp.
And it can crop up long after cables were last attached to battery, so days, weeks, months even of driving fine, then bingo.
