90 SPG, high idle follow up, stalling

Last week, my 90 SPG started idling around 2500-3000. I disconnected the TPS, didn't change so I ruled out an electrical problem. I disconnected the throttle cable, and throttle body returned to fully shut position, so I assume I have a sticky cable, and adjusted at the throttle body. I will lube the cable real soon. So, now it idles OK when warm. When cold it stalls a few times, then hesitates when you tap the gas, but keeps on running. Intermittant Check Engine light.
When I first got this SPG a few months ago, I replaced all the vacuum lines. Car was stalling when cold ( same problem I have now) I replaced the AMMM and that seemed to fix the problem. The only vabcuum line disconnected is the line to a missing wastegate actautor (should be coming soon). What else should I look for?
