However, it will only hold so much. Once it is full the water leaks out the sides and down into the floor pans. I wouldn't spend much time looking for any more leaks.
As for the back window, I would get some black canvas and make yourself a patch that fits around the window where the rip is on the inside. Then I would generously coat one side of the patch with silicone adhesive and press it in place. I would probably use some duck tape to keep it in place until the silicone dries. That should keep most of the water out for a while.
You should then start looking around for a new rear window. They come with the fabric already sealed in place and they are generally not cheap. Unless the tear in yours was caused by some sharp object, then the canvas has started to wear out and it will only get worse from here.
