Hey, we should all start a club, the high idle club.
possible causes:
LH control unit not seeing proper/any voltage from engine temp sensor.
Throttle switch not adjusted properly.
Something causing the throttle plate to stick.
Something causing the AIC to stick.
An air leak to the intake that leans out the mixture and which, using O2 sensor data, causes the LH control unit to richen the mixture to compensate thus raising the idle.
A small mischieveous flatulant gnome living in the intake manifold that farts all the time and raises the idle.
Could be anything but my money is on the gnome.
