I'd like to put in my vote for your AMM needs replaced. I have two AMMs one that exhibits the same thing you mention and one that doesn't. I think the cold start enrichment lasts for some period of time around 30 seconds using a preset fuel map in the LH control unit. When it ends the computer starts to use the AMM running in open loop mode until the engine temp sensor says its warm enough to start running in closed loop mode, at which time it starts using the O2 sensor feedback.
I think your AMM may not be sending the proper data back to the LH control unit so it isn't sending enough fuel. I also read out on the saab site that that is also a symptom of a slowly dying LH control unit but it is a little different in that it fails to provide the ground signal to the fuel pump relay, but a new AMM cured my stalling.
