Ask Europarts. They'll usually tell you how any particular aftermarket part compares with the genuine one.
Personally, I will happily use any OEM-quality European clutch kit, as they are usually made by the same people who make the Saab ones.
Re resurfacing flywheel, this is easily told by inspection. I have done clutches on most my Saabs over the years, and never had to resurface a flywheel. Since the C900 is so preposterously easy to do a clutch on, you don't have to feel you have to do everything that can possibly be done, the way you do with a NG900. Actually, on a 100k car, I'd probably (assuming everything the flywheel and pressure plate looked good, replace the clutch plate and the throwout bearing, put a rebuild kit in the slave, and be ready for another 100K+.
