Bleeding brakes.. problem..

ok.. here is another situation that I'd like to ask some advice on where to look.
I just repleced pretty much the entire brake system.
4 new rotors
4 new/rebuilt calipers
2 new emergency brake cables
4 new stainless brake lines
all new pads
new clutch master cylinder
new metal clutch line
I used the pressure bleeder and filled the system with super blue brake fluid.
bled each caliper nipple and also the clutch slave nipple
problem is it seems like there is pressure in the system initally when I step on the brakes, but then a second later it goes to the floor..
sooo.. I bled the front two nipples again.. same thing..
any advice on what I might have missed?
only thing I didn't replace on the entire system is the brake master cylinder, but it looks fine and no leaks anywhere on the entire system..
I'm confused as to what it could be..
