Looks like I burned a valve

I left my car at work over the weekend (see my post from Friday) and came back in this morning armed with a new compression tester ($20) and remote starter ($7) from Harbor Freight. The quality isn't that great but for (hopefully) sporadic use they do the job. In three cylinders I have 155 - 165 psi but did not get any needle movement on #3. At the same time I hear some air noise on the inlet manifold side. I put some oil in the cylinder and it did not change anything. The engine is unbalanced when it idles but it smoothens out at higher RPM. I have no CEL. So it looks to me like I burned an inlet valve. Two questions 1) should I try to diagnose any further or can I start pulling the head off? 2) would I do damage driving it home (23 miles)? I have AAA Plus so I could get a flatbed truck free of charge if there are any concerns. Just more of a hassle.
I'm sure you will see more postings when I will be in the middle of a head gasket job. In my 10 years with both of my Saabs, I have never had the issue. So I guess it was only a matter of time...
