Well, we know you've got power to the switch light circuit (headlight & pushbutton -like flashers - are on same circuit). So, must be bad bulb or not connected properly to back of headlight switch. Gently pry headlight switch out and check connection. Air circulation (3 switches) are lit by 2 bulbs which plug into holes in the back of the instrument panel (brown & white wires, I think). Bad bulbs, or not installed into rear of panel? There's also a 3rd bulb for the "Safety Belt" warning lamp.
