eBay is usually a good source for those kind of things. I have bought mine there in the past. $35 would be a pretty decent price and you will pay probably something similar on eBay. You would have to be very lucky to find somebody in you area that wants to clean their garage and get rid of exactly those type of wheel covers.
When you get one, make sure you inspect the 5 (?) fittings on them. There is an old version where over time the rubber cover separates from the metal spring. When this happens you need to be very careful and use a screwdriver to get it in there right. Tire places usually are not that careful so you will risk loosing you cover again. It would be worth it to go to the dealer and get a new set of fittings which have solid rubber stops. It's more expensive but at least you can prevent dealing with this again and again...
