you can sometimes get a Little more camber by loosening the lower arm bolts, pulling the arm out, and tightening. but it's not a lot of camber. and this is not a "formal" method of adjustment - it is merely taking up what little "slop" exists between the mounting bolts and holes. my guess is that shops that do this on a saab 900 are doing it because that's how they can get more camber out of strut cars, which don't have any camber adjustability.

proper adjustment method is to add/remove shims from the upper arms. you also have control over caster adjustment using shims. saab manual on front end is available from dealer.
