I've only taken one panel off - the one on the driver's door. Drill out the rivets along the bottom of the door and slide the panel off the mounting track - there is an aluminum track on the back of the panel which slides into another track mounted on the door. The door panels slide off toward the rear of the car. Wear gloves for this - I cut a finger on the front end of the aluminum track on the door when I pulled the panel back. Replace by sliding the panel into track and replacing the rivets along the bottom.
I think the fender panels are secured by a bolt under the edge of the panel and then slid off the track - logic would indicate sliding the panels into the wheel well but I haven't removed these panels so don't know for sure. Maybe someone else could advise you on the bumper extensions and fender shields.
