Save your money. Anything stiffer will decrease the quality of the ride. This is a simple matter of physics. This is also especially true for a convertible, whose chassis is already pretty noodly to begin with.
If your goal is improved handling, then I recommend getting some 15x6 wheels from a 9000, which willl allow the use of some high performance 205/55/15 tires. You'll get more rubber on the road, a stiffer sidewall, but sacrifice little in ride comfort. A non-stock, more agressive alignment will also give very good returns. If you live in Potholetown, then make sure your ball joints aren't beat to death. Use polyurethane front sway bar bushings, too, though the effect feels better than any actual performance increase.
This spring I'm removing the stiff SPG springs and the big wheels with the short sidewall tires because there is ZERO benefit to handling and a hit to ride comfort: if you are driving hard enough to where you need a stiffer spring, then you should be on a track, not a public road.
It's a Saab, not a Porsche. :-)
