These I haven't changed, but Ive tried new bushings from 2 companies and they are both too small ID (the part that slides over the control arm).
I the ID needs to be about 5/8", a 15mm wrench wnt quite slede over the shaft, but a 16mm has some slop to it.
I checked the eeuroparts site and the part # is the same.
off the bag in the moog box.
71-63-603 (Moog number)
620-444-006 (who knows what this one it)
k-9461 (O'Reilley #)
They even say Saab on the rubber.
Anyone else have this problem on a 86 SPG?
Maybe SPG stands for Spontaneous Part Generation !!
I'm sure someone out there has a suggestion that doesn't involve 5 gallons gasoline and a match. It hasn't become THAT annoying yet.
Thanks in Advance - Carl in Atlanta
and by the way - why is it colder in Atlanta than in Boston today?
