Even if your rear calipers are lubed, they may still make noises if the piston travel screw (also adjusts parking brake) is misadjusted, and if the metal spring clip on the calipers is worn, old, binding or such.
If the piston screw is too loose, the pads will vibrate or maybe clunk over bumps.
If the metal spring clip (looks like a paper clip bent out of shape) loses its spring it will also let the pads rattle back and forth against the caliper or pad carrier bracket.
After a pair of rotors (sticky brakes warped one visibly) and a caliper (sticky, kept brakes on, warped rotor and glazed pads) and that spring clip (included with rebuilt caliper) my '92 convertible finally shut up. In the back at least.
Or have a look at the bushings back there; all of my 900s lasted until well over 200k before those wore out, but if you car has been subjected to some nasty bumps at speed they may go once in a while. Or maybe an imbecilic "mechanic" has been jacking up the car by the trailing arm bushings.
