The o-ring available is for the distributor housing sealing to the head, which doesn't sound like your problem. The shaft seal for the rotor shaft inside the distributer is a carbon screw, not a seal. This part is not available seperately from the distributor. Oil leakage is basically normal. There should be a sheild under the rotor, so oil shouldn't make it into the cap. Also notice the cap has drain groves in it. in a turbo car, excessive oil leakage from every seal on your engine, and this one, will be caused by a faulty PCV valve.
