you can do this to get the window up. get the switchpak out/off of the centerconsole. Take the wire from the drivers side switch and move it to the right front seats switch. Close the window.
Yes, there is an extra pin the the drivers side, it's for the courtesy down (single touch) function. Don 't know if the right side has it that year. If it does great, you can use that switch to replace the drivers if you wish. If it doesn't that's still ok, it will work.
Then you need to do a juke yard (err outdoor parts store...) run and get some switches. Get them from a newer or lower milage car, that's usually an indication of the switches usage. The drivers is always used the most so be sure to look at the surface of the switch to get an indication of lower use.
